Hello, everyone! I'm Goshilove aka Goshilove ^.^ Instead of typing a super long post about what I like and everything, I'm just going to post 15 facts about myself ^^

Hey, Goshilove! Nice to meet you, and welcome to LHSHS! I didn't know you could be a strawberry milk-aholic; in fact, I don't think I've ever had strawberry milk, but you make me think I should probably try some!

Also, this looks like fun, so I'm totally gonna post fifteen facts about myself. *grin*

1. I'm a sophomore in college
2. I attended a public high school for exactly one half of one year--the first semester of my freshman year. That is my only experience in the public school system (college excepted).
3. I also love to draw! Are you on DeviantArt, per chance? 'cuz if you are, I'll totally go watch you. Right now.
4. I have two teenage brothers--both younger than me--and I adore them.
5. I'm currently watching through all of Futurama with my youngest brother, Andy.
6. I love spicy foods!
7. I'm super interested in politics. That's probably weird, but it's true.
8. I'm currently working on a novel which has been my on-again-off-again project for the past two years.
9. I play the piano.
10. I also sing opera.
11. I've been to Mexico and Costa Rica, and I dream of traveling around Europe.
12. I work at a sandwich shop.
13. I have short red hair.
14. I'm a distant niece of Napoleon Bonaparte.

I haven't read much manga or watched a whole lot of anime, but I've definitely gone through some of the more popular ones. That's how I got started drawing, actually. :) I think my favorite anime is Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I've never read the manga for it, though I keep thinking I should. What's your favorite?

I haven't seen Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, yet, but I have heard a lot about it. If you like the anime, read the manga! If you like the manga, watch the anime! That's what I always say. It's always fun for me to compare the manga and anime ^^ My two favorite animes are Bleach and Fruits Basket.

I definitely recommend FMA. Both anime series are good, but I like Brotherhood much better. Better character development, more epic (and satisfying) ending, and I'm told it follows the manga more closely. One of these days I'll read the manga and know for myself.

I've heard a lot about Bleach and Fruits Basket! Mostly Bleach, though. Actually, to tell the truth, I don't know much at all about Fruits Basket other than that several friends have recommended it to me. What's it about?

Fruits Basket is about a girl named Tohru Honda who was recently orphaned start living with her school friend, Yuki, and his two cousins, Shigure and Kyo. However, Yuki and his family have a curse! Whenever their bodies get to weak or they hug the opposite sex, they change into one of the animals in the Chinese zodiac!

I hope that was a good enough explanation. I'm really not that good at explaining stuff _ _||| But it's really funny and touching, so I suggest that you watch it!

Oh, hi Goshilove! Good to have more members on the student forum. I'm currently trying to figure out how to get the posts the thread to display from oldest to newest since it seems to be the other way around, so apologies if my reply is a bit scattered.

First off, both you and Katie's DAs are pretty cool! I basically never update or check my DeviantArt account, but I do draw some low-quality stuff. Also, it's neat to see another Manga fan :D

Are you a manga fan too? I think I'm obsessed with manga. Sometimes, when I look at things, I try to imagine what it would look like if it was in a manga...yeah, I'm obsessed XD

I haven't ever really watched anime or readmanga, but your excitement for it makes me curious Goshilove.

Oh yes, 15facts about myself, here it is.

1. I am a freshman.
2. Theonly public school I went to was k-5.
3. I read anything I can getmy hands on; in my mind, books are not optional, they arenecessary.
4. I have a couple ideas for novels that I've beenexpanding upon, doubt they'll ever get finished.
5. I make onemean enchilada casserole.
6. I'm generally not picky about musicgenre, I like listening to it all.
7. I like vanilla ice cream,not chocolate.
8. I went to the beach for the first time this pastsummer and loved it.
9. I have a younger brother, younger halfbrother, and a younger sister (who I have to share a room with,meh)
10. I have a guinea pig (Dixie), a rabbit (Ollie), and a dog(Shorty).
11. I base my purchases of purses on whether or not theycan hold a book.
12. I have worn glasses since 4th grade - withoutthem, I'm pretty much blind.
13. I have a passion for GreekMythology.
14. I didn't cry watching Titanic, apparently I have nosoul.
15. I sort of have a thing for My Little Pony: Friendship ismagic. Yes, I'm coming out of the pony closet. *hangs head in shame*

I suppose I will go ahead and do this too. I promise this facts will be more truthful than the ones in my introduction. I promise my fingers are not crossed behind my back, cleverly negating both promises.

1. My main three fears in life are slugs, nuclear warfare and bad grades.
2. I do not like writing stories I have ultimate power over. I would rather make a story with input from other people. A collaboration, if you will :)
3. My favorite food is ramen noodles. It would be more correct to say my favorite food is "salt" and ramen noodles just have an incredibly high salt to food ratio.
4. I try to do a lot of things but am not very good at most of them.
5. I open Facebook approximately once a month.
6. My best friend of four years lives in New York City. We have a common interest in complaining about people complaining about things.
7. I'm still learning to organize myself, take initiative and grow superpowers.
8. I do have one superpower. It is the Power of Lazy Studentry, activated by whispering into my Enchanted Conch of Procrastination. It allows me to stay up until 4 AM studying and then have nightmares about not studying enough.
9. I like a lot of instrumental music. Any variety, really. Other songs are more fun to listen to on the radio.
10. My favorite subject is science, but this is a double-edged sword. Any time I ask a question starting with "did you know that", you are about to hear a rant about the latest in scientific advancements no one cares about. My hands will shake a lot, my eyes will have a faint sparkle to them and in the end my hair will have morphed into this shape.

Not quite 15, but I've gotta get to bed. I declined to activate my Enchanted Conch tonight.

Fact 1- I'm a Christian Homeschooling girl c:
Fact 2- no that does not make me creepy nor does it mean I live under the stairs XD
Fact 3- I pretty much spend all of my free time on deviantART and my username is *PsycoChic4Eva
Fact 4- irl I don't really have any friends, but on the interwebs I have tons! which is why I stay on here a lot ha
Fact 5- I've never really used one of these sites before and I'm not sure how to navigate it yet, but I'll hopefully get the hang of things XD
Fact 6- I love drawing, writing and expressing myself in ways other people can enjoy, even if they don't really get it?
Fact 7- my favorite video games ever are Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (love OoT and MM, too), Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon and Left 4 Dead 2!!!

Fact 13- I don't have a lot of money, but I do enjoy making people smile with whatever I have on hand!
Fact 14- I have a bad habit of staying up late to watch Conan, then being drop-dead tired all day -u-
Fact 15- I'm pretty geeky and laugh at jokes cracked by people like Socratese and Euripides XD

The sad moment when I proofread my own post a couple times and the words still somehow end up running together. I decided it was worth the risk and joined DA :o My username is Kayla-Lunacy-Pie. I love Big Bang Theory, alot. I was trying to sleep sitting up in a chair last night so my lungs don't completely seize up. (Asthma + the flu, meh.) My mom asks me if I need anything. Hi, thought I'd come in too.. it looked pretty interesting.. I've had a difficult time figuring how to navigate through this sight. So many of the things you guys have previously stated about yourselves I relate to, but maybe I'll be able to put up a few new ones. :)

1. I'm entering Freshman year, and have the craziest variation of my level on subjects. For instance, fourth grade Math, College level Spelling, and everything else around Sophomore. I've never been to Public School.
2. I love birds, deep sea fish, cats, and dogs.
3. I've been to 48/50 of the United States.
4. I enjoy drawing, and working with Stained Glass.
5. I study Spanish, and have a flair for French, including the accent, odd enough.

Welcome, I-hate-pie26 :) It seems a lot of forum users on here really like anime! I'm off to start a good discussion topic about that right now. We're reaching anime critical mass here :P

I never did anime till I watched Howl's Moving Castle, and then I decided to try my hand at it. I'm a portrait artist, so it appealed to me as something different. It was actually pretty fun! But, I could never just do it on my own.

Hello!! This looked like a fun way to get to know others and introduce myself =)

1. This is my first year homeschooling (And so far I love it :>)
2. I am in 8th grade and 13-14 next month!! =)

Okay, so I figure I should probably do this, even though I'm kind of way behind on the times... Forgive me for being late - I haven't been on this forum for very long. ;)

-My name is Tialla Rising (hence my username) but I like to go my Tia because it's less formal. Unless I'm around Mexicans and then they think I'm talking about my aunt, which is awkward. - That is, if they only speak Spanish. Otherwise, it's not a problem. ;)
-I live in the mountains of Arizona. Yes, mountains. With snow and pine trees. It's not desert like the rest of Arizona. In fact, it's a ski town.
-I'm 17, turning 18 in...like six months. So weird.
-I'm a senior in high school, and am so excited to graduate. 3 months!
-But seriously, I love school. With everything in me. I'm an overachiever and proud of it. Actually, I can't stop myself from being an overachiever. I just...do it.
-However, when it comes to cleaning, I'm a huge procrastinator. Like, I've majored in procrastination. Don't get me wrong, I like things neat and tidy and clean...I just have a hard time actually getting up and cleaning the bathroom or dusting bedrooms. I like vacuuming though. Vacuuming's okay. ;)
-I love watching sports, but I'm not good at any, which doesn't make for a fun experience while actually doing it myself. I usually end up embarrassing myself one way or another. I think I'll stick more with writing.
-Speaking of writing, it is my passion. I have written and published a YA action-adventure fantasy novel (The Ruby Vial | Flagstaff, AZ 86001) and hope to start writing another book soon after graduation.
-To enhance my writing, I'm going to be taking creative writing classes in college starting this fall.
-I don't just love creative writing though. I really love all writing. To my, language is just so beautiful, and it amazes me how it works and how we can understand it. I love getting in deep and writing pretty much anything. I still procrastinate about required essays for school, but I usually don't mind writing them when I actually start. :P
-Oh, in case you want to know what I look like: I have curly blonde hair.
-Green eyes.
-I'm 5'3".
-And I should probably wear my glasses, but I don't unless I'm driving. My vision isn't that bad, though, so I can get away with it pretty easily.
-Okay last one...I actually really love science as well. Biology, marine biology, and advanced/human biology, mainly. Any kind of biology is fascinating. Chemistry was a horror for me, but I can handle biology. :)

Oh my goodness, you're 5'9"?? You're so tall! I feel like such a shorty now...haha Then again, I have tons of friends who are tall, so I guess I'm used to it. That's incredible though. :) Tall people definitely have an advantage.

I'm OrchidCeleste98, my actual name is Liza.

1. I've been homeschooling for 2 years.
2. I'm in 9th grade.
3. I was at a really bad middle school, I lasted 6 months there before I started homeschooling.
4. I play the violin and the oboe.
5. I want to be either a doctor or a screen/comedy writer someday.
6. I talk really fast.
7. My favorite books are the Harry Potter books, my favorite TV show is Scrubs.
8. I have one sister, she's 7.
9. I am artistically challenged.
10. I have a blog (vintagelaceblog.wordpress.com) where I try to be as thought provoking and controversial as possible without offending any of my relatives. It's not easy.
11. I take a math class at a public high school. It was a last resort, and I kind of hate it.
12. I am almost 5'3. I'm really hoping I can get to at least 5'5. My parents are tall.
13. My favorite homeschool subject is biology.
14. I plan on homeschooling through high school or else going to community college when I'm 16. And...
15. I have a very loud and fat cat.

Wow, it's been a while since I posted here. A lot has happened since then and now! I improved on my art on dA (sorta) and changed my username. It's now AeroChance. I moved to the coast, but I'll soon be moving to Texas. Sadly, my guinea pig and bunny have passed away. I still have my dog, Shorty. It's actually snowing right now, wow!
