Time4Learning High School is amazing... we've been homeschooling for over 10 years - and it's definitely a curriculum that stands apart. Great learning with very little work for the parent...we couldn't ask for anything better!

Thank you Time4Learning for adding High School levels! LIFESAVER!
We were big fans of T4L for K-8 but so sad when my boys got to high school and no T4L.
This Mom tried to cobble together curriculum for 2 years and imagine how thrilled I was when last Fall they launched the high school level! SIGN US UP!
We used it 2013-2014 school year for 10th and 11th grades and no complaints from my boys, no fighting to get them to do their work and it was still fun in typical T4L fashion!
We are starting our next session with it in 2 weeks and I cannot wait!
High School via homeschool is not easy to cobble together IMHO as one would think. And if that is not your thing, then it is even worse. My boys can take the basics they require, some fun extras and still put in a full high school day from the comfort of their home!

My daughter is beginning 9th grade at the end of the summer, but she already took the Health course from Time4Learning High School. She is 13 and we allowed her to skip the STD chapter and the marriage chapter at her request. I figure at some point she will be comfortable with those and go back and do them. That is not to say that those chapters are inappropriate, just that my daughter is not at the point where she is comfortable with them. I feel like the health course offered great information in a very teen friendly format. The best complement my daughter could offer was that she learned new things and she remembered information and presented it in conversations at later times. This means that she actually learned the information the way it was presented which is a great thing! We counted it as a 1 semester course. I would definitely recommend the health course for late middle school and high school students.

We love T4L! We have been using it since my oldest was in 2nd grade, so finding out last year that they were going to offer high school courses *just* as he started 9th grade was ridiculously exciting. :) This year he took the Algebra I, English I, US History I, Biology and Health courses. I feel like they were really enough (or complete, if you will), but we did supplement with spelling/vocabulary building and with independent reading. He's also going to take a writing course over the summer. I would highly recommend at least trying the high school courses that T4L has to offer. Oh...one more thing...while there is a "recommended order" in the course listing, you can pick and choose which courses you want your high schooler to take, so you're not locked in to one specific order of coursework. :)
